Turning Point.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة و السلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنل وحبيبنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين

Assalamu'alaikum Wr Wb, to you and all.
Alhamdulillah Taala. New blog, new leave turned. :)

Turning Point. This two words kept coming and filling up my mind for these past few weeks. Ive been thinking about this lots of time. And I think that I have to write it down. Somewhere and somehow. Thus, this blog is created. First and foremost, what I am going to write is solely for the sake of Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW. I kept thinking that maybe there was someone out there who had experienced the same thing or felth the same feeling as I did and do now. May we together reap the benefits from one another and may Allah SWT forgive our shortcomings.

"قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "إنما الأعمال بالنيات وإنما لكل إمرئ ما نوى
Translation: Rasulullah SAW said , " "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will receive the rewards according to what he has intended."

Together, lets correct our intentions and start a new. As I wrote in my FB status, "" Renewing and refreshing one's niat (intention) is not a one time thing. It's something we have to do for a lifetime. When, we start to complain and feel tired ect. doing someting good , ask yourself are your intentions are the same as before or have it changed? At the first place, what are your intentions? Together, lets do a recheck because it may affect the outcome of everything. Rasulullah SAW said ,"Actions are but by intention and every man shall have but that which he intended."( Related by Bukhari and Muslim ) "- And Allah Knows best. "

So, intentions are crucial for our turning point. Turning points here refers to our coming back to the straight path. We human beings tend to make mistakes , that can be said as a norm. But what differentiate a person from the other is the need, urge and act of turning away from these bad things and bad deeds to become better.

There comes a time when you feel that you're not going anywhere even if you try hard to be good, to be better. You tend to say, "I am soo far, I cant catch up. It's impossible."

 1) Firstly, your struggle to actually be near Him is indeed a PROGRESS. Do not despair. Syaytaan will always come and whisper lots of worries and sorrows into the believer's heart that he/she may give up on being better.

Let me quote some sayings that can be found in the book Bidadari Bumi by Ustazah Halimah Alaydrus.

"Seruanmu memanggil nama-KU

     adalah jawapan-Ku."
"Kerinduanmu pada-Ku,
     adalah pesan-Ku padamu."
"Segala upayamu untuk menggapai-Ku,
    pada hakikatnya adalah upaya-Ku mengapaimu."

"Dalam keheningan yang mengelilingi setiap seruan" "Allah"

    menanti seribu jawapan "Disinilah Aku""
"Ketakutan dan cintamu adalah simpul untuk mendapati-Ku."

Translation: (please pardon my inaccurate/amateur translation)

"Your calling in calling Me,

is actually, My answer to you."
'Your yearning towards me,
is actually My message to you."
"Every means of you trying to reach Me,
is, in reality, My means to reach you."

"In the silence that fills every calll "Allah"

waits a thousand reply "I am here.""
"Your fear and love is a knot to get Me."

So, never despair. Your act or (even) will to change and have that turning point comes from Him. He still Loves  you and Wants you to be in His path. "Never despair(give up) in the Mercy of Allah SWT. "

2) Secondly, it's better to be on track catching up then stopping halfway and reach nowhere. Look at the mirror and see and observe what has changed not just physically but also deep down there, in the heart. What has changed? There must be change. Don't ever be deceived by these words, "I am not changing. And can't change. And will never change." Don't!

3) Thirdly, have an inspiration.  We humans are fragile. We are just like handphones, we need to be recharged all the time. Inspiration helps you to always be at the top even if you're feeling low. Inspiration can be a person, many people or even your surroundings. Here, in Jordan, I always got my inspiration from the the people and surrounding. Sometimes, when I was feeling low, Allah Taala gave me a boost by sending people in my life. For example, I really felt sad and weak when facing new subjects. I really had trouble understanding a particular subject. A few days later, a new student came into the class and it really changed me. This new student is so special, he's like an angel sent down by Allah SWT. He's blind. When the lecturer wrote on the whiteboard, he would just listen attentively. And, I asked myself this, aren't you ashamed of yourself?

Alhamdulillah Taala, I have my eyes to look at the diagram drew for our further understanding, and he just listened with full of concentration and tawakkal. Allah....

Read or search for the story of the Prophets (alaihim assalam), the  companions (RadhiAllahu 'anhum), those who had walk this path and returned to Allah as His beloved.... this will keep you aware and want to become better everytime.

4) Never , even once, look back. Never think of the 'sweet memories' of your sin. The mistake you've done, has a lot of lessons, no doubt, BUT NEVER THINK OF GOING BACK. You may feel that you have only taken a step ahead. Trust me, a step ahead is far better than few glances backward.

5) Find a friend. And verily, the best of friend is Allah SWT. :)

Read His words. The Quran. Make the Quran your every second companion. Anytime, when you feel happy or sad, just close your eyes, make doa and open the Quran. Look at the page that you've opened. You will be surprised on how The Quran communicates with you and gives you the perfect antidote. :) TRY IT!

(to be continued)

Note: This post is dated a few months ago, only until now I edited the last few parts and posted it. All Praise be only to Allah SWT.
WAllahu Taala A'alam. And Allah Taala Knows better and the Best.
